We at SURKUT Machine have the ability to program using customer supplied data.

Using state-of-the-art CAD/CAM software from CAM-TOOL, which utilizes a combination of unique toolpaths and cutting techniques, we are able to program from the roughing stages through to finish machining using customer supplied data. This ensures efficiency, accuracy and unparalleled surface finish that achieves results above and beyond the industry standard.

This also allows for increased tool life that benefits you and your company's bottom line, and little to no hand work required on your part when you receive the finished mold.

Experience

Our programming capability is backed by our experienced team of programmers; whom have been using CAD/CAM software for thirty plus years. Our programmers are well versed in using CAM-TOOL under the guidance of our founder, whom is the original North American importer of the software package originating from Japan.

All of our high-speed machining centers are fully programmed utilizing the CAD/CAM software package CAM-TOOL.

Files We Accept

We can accept all formats of CAD and CAM files. We recommend the following file types for easy incorporation into our CAD/CAM system, including IGES, STEP, Parasolid, DXF and DWG.
